Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing design concepts and visual ideas that align with the brand image and marketing objectives.
- Creating and designing graphics and layouts for digital and print materials such as advertisements, brochures, flyers, websites, and social media.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, art directors, and copywriters to understand the creative brief and execute designs.
- Creating and editing images, graphics, and videos using software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other relevant tools.
- Selecting appropriate color schemes, fonts, images, and layouts to visually communicate the message of the project.
- Presenting design concepts to stakeholders and clients, and incorporating feedback to refine the design.
- Ensuring the final product is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and meets the client’s requirements.
- Staying up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure that the designs are fresh and relevant.
Requirements
- A degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Strong visual design skills and an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of user experience design principles.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
