Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Developing design concepts and visual ideas that align with the brand image and marketing objectives.
  2. Creating and designing graphics and layouts for digital and print materials such as advertisements, brochures, flyers, websites, and social media.
  3. Collaborating with the marketing team, art directors, and copywriters to understand the creative brief and execute designs.
  4. Creating and editing images, graphics, and videos using software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other relevant tools.
  5. Selecting appropriate color schemes, fonts, images, and layouts to visually communicate the message of the project.
  6. Presenting design concepts to stakeholders and clients, and incorporating feedback to refine the design.
  7. Ensuring the final product is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and meets the client’s requirements.
  8. Staying up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure that the designs are fresh and relevant.

 Requirements

  1. A degree in graphic design or a related field.
  2. Strong visual design skills and an eye for detail.
  3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  4. Good communication and collaboration skills.
  5. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  6. Creativity and problem-solving skills.
  7. Understanding of user experience design principles.
  8. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
