Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To co-ordinate with Sales Team, Shipping agent, Warehouse & dispatch team for releasing all the Export & Local deliveries within stipulated time.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring readiness of the orders.
• Delivery Planning according to the locations.
• Monitoring of sales return and coordination for the collection.
• Dispatch coordination.
• Delivery order and invoice confirmation.
• Ensure that all orders are delivered as planned and on time.
• Update sales team on the delivery planning and Status of orders.
• Transit out documentation in BI
• Prepare Load list and coordinate with Dispatch team.
• Delivery order management (Monitoring & confirmation).
• Pending order follow up.
• Attend inquiries of sales team and trouble shooting.
• Customs Mirsal 2 Documentation.
• LGP Documentation & Record keeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• 2+ Years of work experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Proficiency in English
• Shipping / Freight forwarding experience
